Vince joined the company in November, 2009 and until now has held the position of Strategic Account Manager.

Vince’s past performance has been influential in the continuation of CCCoA’s impressive sales accomplishments. These accomplishments are continuing through both sales team development and customer relationship development. Vince is known for his ability to be a team leader, team member, and problem solver.

CCCoA views relationship continuity and customer satisfaction as very important factors for the company’s long-term success. The Dallas 100 Awards were created to promote economic growth and innovation while celebrating the success of local enterprises and job creation. Each year, the awards program analyzes the business environment and identifies the 100 fastest growing, privately held companies in Dallas. In order to be considered for the award, businesses must meet the following criteria:

Mr. Jay Chenault, President & CEO, explains CCCoAs motives behind gaining ISO certification, “We were looking to improve processes and gain control from a statistical standpoint over what we are doing and make sure that we are doing things correctly.  We produce a lot of OEM equivalent parts for the military or telecom industry and some of their requirements are that their supplier’s needs to be ISO certified; this was another driving factor.”
Being formally certified ensures that CCCoA supply their customers with the right products, at the right time, for the right cost.
For CCCoA, the establishment of ISO 9001:2008 into the fabric of their business was the culmination of multiple actions to certify many processes that have been in place for many years. Mr. Chenault explains, “Processes that we had always believed were in compliance with ISO standards are now certified to be just that.” Mr. Chenault recognizes the long term benefits of ISO for CCCoA, “Continual use of these certified processes should continue our ability to increase customer satisfaction and company profitability.”
