Quality Assurance Program
The Custom Computer Cables’ quality assurance program is designed to improve the manufacturing process, eliminate defects and ensure customer satisfaction is met for every product produced.
- Products manufactured by Custom Computer Cables are developed under a formal quality assurance methodology
- Manufacturing processes are documented and controlled to ensure product consistency
- Employees involved in product design, manufacture and testing are properly trained to perform quality workmanship
- All products are thoroughly tested to clearly defined standards prior to shipment
- Formal, internal audits of all key processes are conducted regularly with a focus on continuous improvement
Lifetime Warranty on Manufacturing Products
Custom Computer Cables provides our customers with a Lifetime Warranty on all cable assemblies and/or equipment that is manufactured by Custom Computer Cables.
For Custom Computer Cables’ Lifetime Warranty to remain in force, the product must be installed and maintained by competent personnel in typical industry facilities and not be subjected to alterations, misuse, negligence, incur damage due to fire or natural causes or used for purposes other than it’s original intended use. The Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original user and in concurrence with the terms and conditions of Custom Computer Cables’ normal warranty policy.
